Engage User Group Conference fact sheetUser Group Conferences take place annually in locations across the world. Itineraries include school management information workshops, presentations, 1-2-1s, case studies and, of course great networking opportunities. Like Engage itself, the programme is closely tailored to match the needs of the region. Attendance is free to all licenced Engage users; delegates just pay for their own accommodation and travel.

Our User Group Conferences offer ideal opportunities to meet members of the Engage staff from across the support and development teams. They offer a variety of activities including group sessions, teach-ins, case studies and 1-2-1s, as well as networking time with other local Engage schools.

Some of our User Groups offers additional networking activities away from the conference venue to meet and chat with those that use our Engage MIS  whilst enjoying exploring the locality.

User Group Conferences schedule

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we are not currently able to hold physical User Group Conferences but for 2021 we are running regional agnostic virtual four-hour events which will offer a condensed version of our typical itinerary. You’ll still be offered the same opportunities to learn, share and network, but in a way that will hopefully suit many schools needing to socially distance, maintain safe practices and manage remote learning.

We also have our Wednesday Webinar series which is covering many of the topics we would learn together when meeting. Past recordings are available on the Support Centre and registration is free for forthcoming events.

We look forward to seeing you online.
