Staff at Double First Ltd are pleased to celebrate 25 years providing school management software to independent schools.
The anniversary, in September 2012, marks a significant milestone in working with fee-paying schools in the UK and overseas for their education information management and finance management needs.
Independent schools needing effective Management Information Systems have experienced changing needs during that time as Paul Rastall, Technical Director, explained. “In 1987 it was the cutting-edge schools that invested in education information management with the majority of schools still using paper-based systems.
“That’s all changed now with independent schools switching to systems such as Double First Engage and allowing staff and parents to stay connected when off-site through the our portals,” Paul explains.
Double First is set to celebrate its 25th year with a series of important launches, including a new portal for students and pupils. This is entering service with pilot schools now and will universally roll-out from January 2013.
