Double First Ltd is pleased to have enjoyed a successful presence exhibiting its Management Information System for schools at the COBIS Annual Conference from Saturday 9 to Monday 11, May 2009.
The conference was held at the Royal Horseguards Hotel in Central London and drew delegates from all across the world to hear a series of talks by some excellent speakers. It also provided delegates with the perfect opportunity to meet some of the exhibiting companies to discuss and understand the services available.
Existing and New schools
Simon Jones, Group Marketing Manager, was very pleased with the conference success. As he explained, “The positive response we received from many schools demonstrates how Double First has encompassed the international scene to accompany the growing UK market.
“School information management software is changing all the time, and this conference was perfect to enable many international schools to see how far Engage by Double First has come in the last 12 months. These are exciting times for schools.”
Royal Presence
Attending the conference, and recognising the importance of education throughout Europe, was HRH The Earl of Wessex, who visited some of the exhibiting companies to engage with them prior to delivering his speech.
Also in attendance was COBIS Patron HRH Princess Alexandra, who joined the reception prior to the Annual black tie dinner, marking the end of the conference for 2009.
Conferences and Exhibitions
The team at Double First will be exhibiting its Engage software this coming week at a further two Annual Conferences. The International Conference Centre in Torquay is home to the ISBA Annual Conference from Wednesday 13 to Thursday 14 May, and the ISA Annual Conference at the Midland Hotel in Manchester which runs from Thursday 14 to Saturday 16 May.
