Double First was exhibiting at the De Vere Dunston Hall Hotel in Norwich during the Society of Heads of Independent Schools (SHMIS) Annual Conference, held between 4th and 7th March 2007.
‘It was so rewarding,’ said Stephanie Douthwaite, Account Manager, ‘to see the impact Engage is making with so many schools. The word is certainly out on the street!’
Edina Champion, Customer Liaison Manager, added, ‘It was good catching up with so many customers at the exhibition and being able to show them the developments we are making with our Double First Accounts and Administrator suite.’
Data Conversion and Training
In reflecting on the event, Richard Jones, Group Sales Director, commented that Heads understood the many benefits of installing an MIS software, but were concerned over data conversion and training.
‘Many Heads raised the question of Data conversion and Training,’ said Richard.
‘These aspects of any installation are well known to us, and with regard to Engage, it is precisely why Double First has Project managers to ensure everything runs smoothly, and that the school’s SMT is happy before any change-over is made.’
