We’re pleased to announce that the next Double First User Group for schools in the UK, rest of Europe and the Americas will be held on 13-14 October 2014 at The Watermill Theatre, near Newbury, Berkshire, UK.
The Watermill has a well deserved reputation for being one of the best producing theatres in the country. Double First has a close working relationship with the theatre through its IT and telecoms partner du Pré which sponsors a programme that seeks to nurture disadvantaged teenagers and young adults. Attendees at the Double First User Group will not only get to experience the historic and peaceful grounds and facilities of The Watermill, but will also be invited to dinner and to see an adapted production of Hamlet as our guests.
The agenda will include two streams, one aimed at the academic side of Engage and the other on the administrative and finance aspects. The Double First team will include a broad range of staff with expertise in all areas of the Engage school management information system and the company’s accounting applications.
A detailed agenda is in the final stages of completion but you can expect a full programme of workshops regarding existing features and presentations on new functionality that has either just been launched, or is due shortly. We’ll also be making plenty of opportunity for schools to knowledge share.
Double First has placed a hold on rooms at the nearby Regency Hotel, should delegates wish to book at a preferential rate.
