In accordance with its programme of continuous improvement Double First has released the latest version of its Engage management information system that is dedicated to independent schools across the world.
The development programme is informed and driven by feedback from school academic and administrative staff, with comments tracked in an online Support Centre. New development is tailored to keeping pace with the ever-imporving standards in independent schools worldwide.
Leading features in the Engage v2014.07 release include
- Improved algorithms for the automatic timetabling functions, providing more flexibility
- Updates to the Pupil Heritage area to maintain compliance with DCSF
- Additional security options for Daybook allowing greater flexibility in security roles
- New Default Sort Order column in the Portal allowing displayed names to be ordered by preferred name, first name or surname
