The latest monthly release of the Engage school management information system is now available from our Support Portal.
It features 20 improvements made in response to school feedback by our in-house development team, including a New Advanced Numbers on Roll widget for Engage Analytics. Advanced Numbers on Roll opens a host of exciting new ways in which to analyse and forecast your pupil population, by Year, Category, Admission Stage, Date of Birth, Gender and by many other parameters.
Other highlights of the 2016.11 release include:
- School Location is now an editable dropdown in the Pupil area.
- Ledger Description and Transaction Reference can be added to the paying-in slip.
- Statements can now be previewed prior to printing and they can be filtered to show outstanding only.

Schools that use our Secure Remote Hosting services are notified by our Cloud Systems Administrator of the intended date and time for the Engage upgrade.
