Significant interest in the Engage school management system by South African schools has prompted Double First to open its latest global sales and support office, in Johannesburg.
Engage School Management Systems in South Africa is a wholly owned operation that will provide a full range of implementation, support, training and sales services locally. It will serve schools throughout the Southern African region as well as working closely within the global Engage support network, which now operates for around 21 hours most days, six days per week.
Our first appointment for Engage School Management Systems South Africa is Jenny Dry (pictured left), a highly experienced business manager and bursar who is very familiar with schools in South Africa. She is currently receiving training at our UK headquarters before assuming her role.
Double First managing director Barry Anns commented: “This latest commitment to South Africa is typical of the way we operate globally – we keep full control of the service delivery to our customers to ensure that they get the very best out of our world-leading Engage school management information system. Jenny is a great addition to our team and we’re looking forward to working with her as she supports our growing number of South African schools.
Double First has been a member of the Independent Schools Association of Southern Africa (ISASA) since 2014. We will once again be attending the Southern African Heads of Independent Schools Association (SAHISA) Conference which will be held this year from 16-20 September in Limpopo.
