The success of any software project is ensured by engaged staff, excellent project control and professional training.

We place enormous emphasis on ensuring the successful implementation of Engage. The implementation includes as much training as is needed during the first year, conducted in a mixture of on-site (COVID-19 permitting) and remote sessions.

 As standard, we assign a named Implementation Controller to each school who will be the primary contact throughout the implementation process. The Implementation Controller liaises directly with your implementation lead at the school to agree on priorities and monitor timescales. Upon receipt of the pre-installation questionnaire, our technical team will book a validation call with the school’s technical contact.

The training programme is planned, to meet the agreed priorities and training dates are confirmed with the school. As each application area goes live, the Support and Customer Success teams will be there for the staff starting to use that area. Our Support Centre is available 24/7 and users have access to a huge wealth of information, advice and practical help.

After the final implementation tasks in the agreed plan are completed the Implementation Controller will arrange a final review to ensure all planned elements of the system have been successfully implemented.

Engage subscription users will then move on to the Customer Success team to ensure the ongoing aims of the implementation are achieved.

Once training requirements are agreed, our experts will ensure your staff build expert knowledge of the system and are ready for the successful use of each module. We recognise that a school needs to minimise the time spent learning systems so to maximise the value of its new Engage School Management System.

As users gain knowledge and discover the possibilities of Engage, further training requests can help your school make the most of its capabilities. Training can be carried out remotely through on-screen training, on-site for extensive requirements, or supplemented by attending one of our regular regional User Group conferences where Engage experts meet with users to discuss new developments, specific topics and requirements.
