Effective training and support are essential to Engage’s relationship with each school. Engage customers receive one-to-one training and unlimited support, no matter where they are in the world.
Once training requirements are agreed, our experts will ensure your staff build expert knowledge of the system and are ready for the successful use of each module. As users gain knowledge and discover the possibilities of Engage, further training requests can help your school make the most of its capabilities. Training can be carried out remotely through on-screen training, on-site for extensive requirements, or supplemented by attending one of our regular regional User Group conferences where Engage experts meet with users to discuss new developments, specific topics and requirements.
