The optional Fixed Assets module in Engage Accounts ensures comprehensive accounting, allowing for improved reporting and financial planning.
For initial set up, fixed assets can be imported from an existing spreadsheet. When up and running, Fixed Assets can be requested from a budget, flowing through purchase orders and invoices created in the Purchase Ledger. Options for setting depreciation can be straight line, reducing balance or with a residual value.
Fixed Assets can be serial number tracked or barcoded (with the correct hardware).
