Subject management
The flexibility of Engage allows schools to set subjects according to their own framework, per year group, for multiple year groups, managed by divisions or classes. The number of lesson periods for each subject, per timetable rotation, can be set.
Curriculum includes the management of student subject options.
Academic administration made simple
Engage works hard to make curriculum admin as straightforward as possible. Single or multiple teaching staff can be allocated to each class where there is shared teaching load and rooms assigned. Students from different year groups can be allocated to the same class or timetable period with an option to assign students to future academic years.
The Academic Year Rollover Wizard automatically moves each student into the next academic year when you are ready, removing any year-end integration or export /import headaches.
