Our two-day User Group Conferences are free to attend, with only your travel and accommodation costs to cover. They are ideal opportunities to meet members of the Engage staff from across the support teams as well as benefit from networking time with other local Engage schools.

Although this event is free to attend for all users of currently licensed Engage installations, note that pre-booking is essential.

Additional networking day

Because some of our delegates will have had to travel early for this event, we have arranged a Networking trip for Sunday 9 February. This will be an afternoon into evening, 4WD jeep desert safari trip. If you would like to join us for this informal day, please note there is a charge of AED 170 per person. This cost covers camp activities, live entertainment and a BBQ buffet dinner.

Hotel

We have secured preferential rates of 250 AED per room for room and breakfast per night, for any bookings made at The Premier Inn, Silicon Oasis. Please mention the Engage User Group when booking. Note the discount is limited to a certain number of rooms and we cannot guarantee availability.
