Our mission is to help Independent Schools improve efficiency, communication and accountability through our multi-faceted, integrated platform.
Engage School Management Information System
Engage consists of three modules which are versatile and dynamic to fit around your requirements.
The core management information system, allowing leaders, administrators and teachers access and insights into key student, parent and staff information across the platform.
An integrated toolkit supporting teachers with curriculum planning, timetabling, student registers, performance tracking, reporting, with remote access via the secure Staff Portal.
The foundation of school financial management, combining billing, customisable student charges, debtors and full sales ledger capability.
What Our Schools Say
Arnold Lodge School
The transition from our old MIS to this one has been very smooth and easy for everyone. All the teaching staff are happy with Engage and we are looking forward to getting the App, which will give us access to things on the go.
Oakhyrst Grange School
When we went live with Double First Engage the benefits of the new system become obvious immediately. We are delighted with Engage and recommend other schools like ours give it serious consideration.
Key personnel at the school have been won over, and are looking to develop what they know, to assist their understanding of how Engage can improve the way that they do their jobs.
British International School Jeddah
The way in which our school data is presented is quite unique on the Engage client app – it’s so easy it wiped out the need for the many reports we had to run manually in our previous system.
City of London School for Girls
Engage was selected as the school management software as it was the only system evaluated that met the needs of all users and allowed full integration with the school’s IT strategy plans
St Christopher’s School
We have found Engage to be very agile. Double First readily listens to feedback and regularly runs user group meetings where we liaise with other schools to share best practice, exchange feature request ideas with the development team and learn more about forthcoming updates so we can plan ahead
