Exam Seat Planning is now available to all licensed users of our Engage school management system’s Examination Module. This will make it possible to arrange examination rooms, manually or automatically assign pupils to desks and assign invigilators to exams.
The main features of the system are:
- Customisable room design
- Pupils allocated to individual desks
- Invigilators assigned to exams
- Notification of exam dates and times sent to parents and invigilators
- Exams displayed on room timetables
- Customisable desk labels
- Candidate lists

Exam Seating is available as a free upgrade for all licensed users of the Examinations Module – to obtain an updated licence and further details, please contact the Double First Support Services Team via the Support Centre
