As the Support Team continues to grow, two new staff members add their expertise to the team.

Tania has relocated from her native New Zealand. ‘Having worked previously in the UK for two years,’ said Carole, ‘Tania assures me she is not put off by our climate, even if she did not get her wish for a white Christmas!’

With a strong background in IT Help Desks as well as Software Development, Tania also has experience in Accounts packages.

Having recently moved back to Somerset, Kirstin has a very strong accounts background and is AAT qualified.

Carole Denman, Double First’s Operations Manager, said, ‘Kirstin has an excellent telephone manner and Iā€™m sure our customers will be speaking to her very soon.’

As Double First’s customer base continues to grow, the Support Team is being expanded in proportion. ‘Customer Service is always key to a company’s success,’ added Carole.

‘Kirstin and Tania will be a great asset to the Support Team.’
