‘Thank you for the outstanding training!’ That was the message coming through loud and clear from staff at Queen’s Gate School in London.

Three Trainers had been providing product training aimed specifically at UK Bursars using our software, and the trainees seemed to be full of praise as a result.

Kevin Chester of the Kensington based school was thrilled to have been on the receiving end. ‘We’ve already put into action some of what we learned,’ he said. ‘We came away impressed with your Trainers and it was great to meet you face to face.’

Continuous Training and Development

Double First is dedicated to providing the highest levels of training to existing and new users alike.

Kim Hollamby, Director, explained why this is such a high priority. ‘We have a large number of schools across the UK using our software and we believe it’s imperative to maintain a high level of satisfaction amongst users, right from the Principal to the part-time data entry clerk.

‘Confident users make happy users,’ Kim added, ‘and that’s exactly why we invest our time and money into our schools’ training development plan.’

About Double First

Double First has seen an increasing demand for its Engage Management Information System (MIS), especially over the last two years.

As well as new customers, the demand has come from existing customers upgrading their Double First Administrator software and from schools replacing their existing MIS with Engage.
