Here’s a reminder for customers to get cracking with their use of votes on our new Share Ideas portal.
Share Ideas puts school academic and administrative staff in direct touch with the Double First development team. It offers an area to upload, vote and comment on new ideas and to tell us what features that schools would like to see in the Engage school management information system and accounts software. Once a new idea receives enough votes, it is published to a top rated ideas page and the ideas with most votes will be considered for development and released into the software.
It’s as simple as that – schools tell us what is important to them, peers in other schools contribute their comments and votes – then the most popular are taken forward for consideration. All customers have access to Share Ideas as a part of their contract, which also includes access to monthly software upgrades as new features come available. To get further information customers should log into the Support Centre and use the search term ‘Share Ideas’.
All schools received 30 votes at the launch of Share Ideas. Schools that use those votes by the end of this year will be topped up with five more votes at the start of the Spring term.
